Half Pint

Half Pint has become a favorite strain of mine. However, her potency demands respect. With THC levels consistently exceeding 30%, as verified by a reputable testing lab, approaching her with caution may be wise.

In her fresh state, Half Pint emanates a distinct aroma of gasoline and cheap candy. Yet, as she matures in a curing jar, her scent undergoes a fascinating transformation. What initially bursts with sweet and pungent notes evolves into a rich and complex bouquet reminiscent of deep merlot and aged damp wood, after a year of careful aging.

The evolution of Half Pint doesn’t end with her aroma; her effects also undergo a significant shift during the curing process. Freshly cured, she offers euphoria and a buoyant sense of joy, akin to floating on a cloud. Notably, her antidepressant-like qualities, attributed to her significant linalool content, stand out.

With time, her effects transition to a more cerebral realm, making her an ideal companion for invigorating mornings with a burst of energy. However, the high THC content can lead to intense head rushes and, if not approached mindfully, potentially induce anxiety.

Currently, I have plans to create a FECO style oil using Half Pint that has aged for nearly two years. Although I look forward to exploring more of her seed varieties, embarking on a thorough pheno hunt will require patience. Nevertheless, the potential for creating remarkable hybrids with this strain is undoubtedly exciting.
